About me
Nard Kempers
I come from a family of boat builders. My grandfather with his brothers started a boat building business in the 80s. Building their own designed and built 'Kotters' & 'Kruisers' under the family Kempers brand: Kempala. I was raised in the family business, which included our harbor and camping. Growing up, I was practically always on the water. From my earliest memories of sailing at the age of four to working as a commercial skipper in the Mediterranean during my bachelor’s and master’s, my affinity with the water has always played a central role in my life. During my Bachelor’s, Master’s and years afterwords, I skippered on hundreds of different sail and motorboats and got caught in the industry head till toe…
